2. What data we process
We only process the personal data that you actively provide to us – for example, via our contact form, by email or by telephone. This includes: name, email address, telephone number, your enquiry and details of your preferred location.
In the context of treatment, medical data (particularly sensitive personal data pursuant to Art. 5 lit. c revFADP) may also be processed. This is done exclusively for the purpose of providing medical care.

 

3. Purpose of data processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
Handling your enquiry or appointment booking
Carrying out and documenting medical treatment
Fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. retention requirements in the medical field)
Operating and improving our website

 

4. Legal basis
Your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 revFADP (processing for the performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures), Art. 6 revFADP (legitimate interest) and – in the case of medical data – your express consent or the fulfilment of legal obligations.

 

5. Disclosure to third parties
As a rule, your data is not passed on to third parties. Exceptions:
Technical service providers (e.g. hosting, email services) who are contractually bound to confidentiality
Authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose data
Other doctors or specialists, where this is necessary for your treatment and desired by you
Data is only transferred abroad if an adequate level of data protection is guaranteed in the destination country.

 

6. Retention period
Contact enquiries unrelated to treatment are deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, at the latest after 12 months. Medical data is retained in accordance with the statutory retention obligations in the healthcare sector (generally 10 years).

 

7. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our contact form is SSL-encrypted.

 

8. Cookies and website tracking
Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set without consent. For analytics and marketing cookies, we obtain your consent via our cookie banner. You will find further information in our cookie settings.

 

9. Your rights
Under the revFADP you have the following rights:
Access: you can request information about the data we hold about you at any time.
Rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected.
Erasure: you can request the deletion of your data, provided there is no statutory retention obligation.
Restriction: you can have the processing of your data restricted.
Objection: you can object to the processing of your data where this is based on a legitimate interest.
Data portability: you can request the release of your data in a common format.
